Wie lange dauert es von der Bezahlung bis zur Auslieferung? How long does it take from the payment to the delivery?*
Normalerweise braucht es bis zur Versandbestätigung 14 Tage. Falls Ware nicht an Lager ist, oder es länger dauert, werden Sie verständigt.
Normally it takes up to two weeks from the payment to ready for shipment. If some items are out of stock, you will get notified.
Warum kann ich nur in Euro bezahlen? Why can I pay in Euro only?
Unser Shop Provider Shopify arbeitet bereits an einer Lösung. Da die meisten unsere Kunden in der EU zu Hause sind, haben wir uns entschlossen Euro als Shopwährung zu verwenden. Über die Paypal Bezahlung kannst du aber deine gewünschte Währung wählen.
Our Shop-Provider Shopify is working on a solution to fix this (hopefully). Most Customers are based in the EU so we decided to choose Euro as the Shop currency. With Paypal payment you can choose any Currency you like.
Liefert Ihr auch nach in mein Land? Do you ship this items to my country too?
Wir versenden Weltweit! Falls dein Land auf einem Globus zu finden ist, hast du gute Karten. Falls nicht, könnte es schwierig werden. Bitte beachte, dass aber Zollgebühren und Steuern in deinem Land fällig werden können. Wir versenden aus der Schweiz und für EU-Kunden aus Deutschland.

Wieso könnt Ihr Apple Merchandise verkaufen? Why do can you sell Apple Merchandise?
Wir importieren Apple Merchandise aus den USA. Deswegen sind diese Waren meist limitiert, da die Zollgebühren für grössere Mengen horrend sind. Dies ist auch der Grund, warum diese Produkte preislich weit höher liegen als diese, die von uns hergestellt werden. Wir möchten aber Euch die originalen Artikel zur Verfügung stellen, statt einfach ein Apple Logo auf ein Shirt zu drucken.
We import Apple Merchandise from the USA. Because bulk-Orders are charged heavily with Tax and Customs duty, we can offer this products only in small, strongly limited quantity. That’s the reason this products are more expensive than these created by us. But we want to give you the real deal instead of putting an apple logo on any kind of shirt.
